I would like to inform you that whenever on Lepide File Server Auditor, you are unable to get reports after checking everything ( Like Audit Rule, Policy, Network connectivity, SQL connection etc.) and Basic Trouble shooting steps .
Please provide us below information over e mail for further analysis :
I. Please Go to lepide software system and then browse for the main installation folder (for example: C:\Program Files (x86)\LepideAuditor for File Server) for older version (Up to 15.4).
OR
II. Browse for the path: C:\Program Files (x86)\LepideAuditor Suite\FSA ( For software version 16.1 or above ) on the machine where software is installed.
- FsaAgentLog.txt
- FsaErrLog.txt
- SocketLog.txt
And go to file server ( s ) and two files from below location :
C:\Windows\LFSAgent\FSAagentLog.txt
C:\Windows\LFSAgent\SrvErrorlog.txt
