Getting following error when job started "Error in IMAPISession.OpenMsgStore:MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER"

If you are getting IMAPISession.OpenMsgStore error, then create a online profile in outlook for the mailbox which shows this error and verify if it opens successfully or not. If it opens successfully, then software will not give any error when you start the migration.

Also, check the exchange services for both source and target exchange if it is running or not.
