- Archiving is not enabled.
- Outlook is not able to access Archive Mailbox.
- The provided user does not have sufficient rights to access Archive Mailbox.
Please make sure that the archiving for the selected mailbox is enabled.
The provided user should have the sufficient privileges to access the archive mailbox.
Please check whether you are able to access the Archive Mailbox in Microsoft Outlook. You cannot connect to Archive Mailbox using Lepide Exchange Recovery Manager unless you are able to connect to Archive Mailbox in Outlook.
If you still face this issue, please try to connect to Archive Mailbox using an existing Outlook profile.
