Error “Getting Server failed”

Problem

The solution shows the following error when trying to connect to Office 365.

Cause

Lepide Exchange Recovery Manager has failed to establish a connection to Office 365.

Solution

Make sure the computer is connected to the Internet. Try to connect to Office 365 directly or through Outlook.
